I drew this a while ago!! She was going to be my Pokesona, before ~0okami-Rei helped me to create my adorable Pokabu/Tepig Pokesona :love:

So I guess this little Pika is my second Pokesona :XD: hehe and yush, she has a Raichu's tail :love:
